Defective Products:
Kernel Technologies provides a one-year implied warranty for product quality, which may be extended as specified by the product itself, provided that the products have not been modified in violation of the instructions. If a product is discovered to be defective within one year of its original delivery date, Kernel Technologies will evaluate the product. You must provide the original invoice or payment slip as proof of purchase. If the product is deemed defective, Kernel Technologies will take appropriate action.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Products:
If you wish to return a product that is not defective or damaged, and you simply find it unsuitable, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must remain unopened, its packaging must be in its original condition, and you must provide the original invoice or payment slip as proof of purchase. Under Section 44 of the ECT Act, you have the right to cancel the sale within 7 days of receiving the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that there is no return or handling fee for non-defective items. However, you will be held responsible for any damage to the product while it is in your possession.
