- To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we collaborate with reliable local couriers, such as The Courier Guy, who deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You’ll receive a notification once your order is out for delivery, with a more specific delivery timeframe.
- Delivery charges are determined by your geographic location and shipping destination.
- Orders will only be shipped once payment is confirmed and funds have cleared in our account.
- Delivery times depend on payment confirmation, product availability, and the courier’s delivery schedule for your area.
- Typical delivery times range from 3-7 working days but may extend slightly in regional areas, depending on stock availability.
- Certain areas deemed “No Go” zones may incur additional charges or require special arrangements.
- We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to check and sign for the package.
Shipping Charges Information:
The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. For orders under R3000, a flat delivery fee of R150 (including VAT) applies.
Orders exceeding R3000 qualify for free shipping across South Africa.
